DOTr launches LTO Central Command Center (C3)

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) launched a new central command center for incident reporting and overview of road accidents and motor vehicle crimes.

Road accident and motor vehicle-related crimes have been a constant problem and with the newly launched central command center (C3), Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade hopes this would alleviate the problem and solve woes with the assistance of the mobile app called CitiSend.

LTO Command Center 3

LTO C3 and CitiSend would be the key to assisting road users to quickly communicate with LTO. The LTO C3 is situated on the fourth floor of the LTO central office on East Avenue in Quezon City.

LTO Command Center 4

With the help of this infrastructure and once you use this CitiSend app, you will have a direct connection to LTO wherein happenings that affect security and safety of the public will be given solution and attention” – Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade

The following may be reported via the CitiSend App:

  • Lost and/or damaged number plate
  • Stolen number plate
  • Stolen motorcycle and/or motor vehicle
  • Use of motorcycle and motor vehicle in a commission of a crime
  • Road crash incidents
  • Sale or disposition of the owner of his motorcycle/vehicle
  • Inquiry of license plate availability
