With Uber momentarily gone here in the Philippines, several alternatives for the said ride-sharing app have emerged. And now, another one has come up and it’s called Dryb.
Dryb has claimed that it is the first decentralized booking transportation app in the Philippines (and in the world). “We want to help the Philippine government and we would love to share our goal with them. We want to make a bold move to make transportation booking flawless to commuters by reducing base fare and server costs and for drivers to get daily payouts”, Dryb stated on their website.
The company also mentioned that drivers should have a hold on their money on a daily basis, and that commuting must be affordable for Filipinos — “Mura, mas tipid, tatak Pinoy! para sa Pinoy!”
A countdown can be seen from Dryb’s website which we assume is the release date for the said booking transportation app. You can visit their site here.
