GMA Affordabox, the network’s digital TV receiver, is now available on Lazada and Shopee.
Spotted a few weeks ago, the device receives a digital signal which provides clearer and better picture quality when connected to an existing TV. Apart from GMA channels, the receiver also offers other Philippine channels. It can also serve as a multimedia player for viewing photos, videos, and music via USB.
Among its highlights include support for the nationwide emergency warning broadcast system with functional auto-on alert feature and personal video recorder for recording shows on GMA, GMA News, and Heart of Asia channels. Viewers can also see the information on shows they are watching, as well as program schedules through the info display.
Priced at PHP 888USD 15INR 1,283EUR 14CNY 110, the GMA Affordabox DTV Receiver is now available in official stores of GMA in Lazada and Shopee.
