Listen to article

Google is finally bringing Chrome to ARM-powered Linux devices, with the official release set for Q2 2026. The complete Chrome experience with all Google features and services will become available to ARM64 Linux computer users.

The new version enables users to synchronize their bookmarks and tabs and browsing history between different devices after they sign in using their Google Account. The application will enable users to access Chrome extensions from the Web Store, use built-in webpage translation features, utilize Safe Browsing security tools, and enable Google Pay autofill and Google Password Manager.

Google is also working with NVIDIA to make Chrome easier to install on the NVIDIA DGX Spark. For other ARM64 Linux devices, users can download Chrome directly from Google once it becomes available.
