Google has announced Lyria 3 Pro and ProducerAI.
Lyria 3 Pro an upgraded version of its AI music generation model. It offers longer track creation and improved customization features.
The new tool allows users to generate music up to three minutes long. It also introduces more control over song structure so users can define elements such as intros, verses, choruses and bridges.
Lyria 3 Pro is being rolled out across several Google platforms. It is now available in public preview on Vertex AI for enterprise use. Developers can access it through Google AI Studio and the Gemini API.
The feature is also being introduced to the Gemini app for paid subscribers. There is also integration into Google Vids for adding AI-generated music to video projects.
In addition, Google also announced ProducerAI. This is a new tool designed to help creators and musicians develop full-length tracks using AI assistance.
The company said the system includes safeguards to prevent direct imitation of specific artists. It uses SynthID watermarking to identify AI-generated content.
