The Watch GT Runner 2 will make its debut on February 26 during HUAWEI’s worldwide launch event, the company has confirmed. The brand’s emphasis on serious runners is maintained with the new smartwatch, which replaces the 2021 Watch GT Runner.

In order to help users adopt more intelligent methods for running, the Watch GT Runner 2 training device was created in partnership with two-time Olympic marathon winner, Eliud Kipchoge. The “intelligent marathon mode” that HUAWEI intends to launch will help runners train for long-distance competitions.

At its launch in international markets on February 26, Huawei will present a variety of new products. These consist of the MatePad Mini tablet, the HUAWEI Band 11 Pro, the Mate 80 Pro smartphone, and the FreeBuds Pro 5 wireless earphones.

More details, including full specs and pricing, are expected to be revealed during the official launch presentation.
