vivo’s sub-brand iQOO is set to launch the iQOO Z9s and Z9s Pro on August 21st. Ahead of launch, the brand revealed some key specifications of both devices.
According to a press material (via GSMArena), the iQOO Z9s Pro and the vanilla Z9s will boast the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 and Dimensity 7300, respectively.
Both models will boast 3D curved AMOLED displays and slim 7.49mm profiles. However, their screen brightness differs, with the Z9s reaching up to 1800 nits and the Pro variant achieving a peak brightness of 4500 nits.
Both phones share a 50-megapixel main camera equipped with a Sony IMX882 sensor, with optical image stabilization support, and 4K video recording. However, only the Pro model includes an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera.
Additional AI features like AI Erase and AI Photo Enhance will be available in the Gallery app on both devices.
Battery-wise, the Pro version will house a 5500mAh battery, while the standard model is expected to have a typical 5000mAh capacity.
In terms of pricing, both phones are anticipated to be priced under INR 25,000 in India, which is approximately Php17,200 based on current exchange rates.
