Logitech acquires Streamlabs for USD 89 million

Logitech acquired Streamlabs for USD 89 million, plus and additional USD 29 million when their target revenue growth is hit.

Streamlabs hopes to create an even better platform with the acquisition according to their CEO Ali Moiz

“When my brother Murti and I founded Streamlabs, our goal was to enable streamers to make a living pursuing their passion. Now that we’re part of the Logitech family, we’ll be able to make it even easier for them to fulfill their dreams.” 

Streamlabs is a powerful streaming tool that allows users to have custom themes and overlays, set up sub and donation alerts, and much more. With Streamlabs, streamers can create and grow their unique brand. Their software is used by most streamers, including top streamers from multiple platforms such as Twitch, Youtube, Mixer, and Facebook.

Logitech makes products like webcams, keyboards, mice, mousepads, headsets, mics, and controllers. Their product line, along with Streamlabs’ software,  will allow them to provide professional streamers with almost every tool they need.
