Netflix adds one-click season download button for iOS users

A button for downloading a whole season has been added to Netflix. However, the new feature is only available for iOS users via iPhones and iPads.

This update just rolled out this week, where Netflix subscribers can now download seasons of their favorite shows with one press. This should be great for users who travel often and need the entertainment in transit.

This lessens second guessing yourself should you wonder if downloading a certain number of episodes should be enough for a trip. It’s a small quality of life change, so it’s kind of odd that this hasn’t been rolled out for Android devices yet.

For those who need it, all you have to do is find the show you want to watch. From there, you can select which season you want to download under episodes on the left. The download season button should appear on the right side of the screen as seen in the image above.

I should also mention that users should be wary about their storage when doing this. Some shows may have more than 10-15 episodes, so keep that in mind when you download multiple seasons for a show!

Again, the new feature is only available for iOS users. Netflix has yet to announce if and when the feature is arriving on Android devices yet. We’ll keep readers posted should they do.
