The Sony WH-1000XM6 has appeared on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). This means that these could be Sony’s next headphones to launch this year. The FCC filing states that the short-term confidentiality will end on July 22, 2025.

The headphones may have removable earpads as there is a hinge on the side. It appears to have some sort of noise cancellation and may have the same battery rating as its predecessor which is 3.8V. It looks like it supports Bluetooth 5.3 and may have 30mm drivers.

There is no official announcement for the Sony WH-1000XM6. We will learn more soon.
