Stranded Deep, free for a limited time at Epic Games Store

Today’s free game at the Epic Games Store is the survival game Stranded Deep.

Stranded Deep happens in the Pacific Ocean, wherein a plane crash survivor has to deal with life-threatening scenarios. It lets players explore the Pacific islands, reefs, and ocean trenches while searching for the means to survive. It also features a building system where players can settle on an island and construct a shelter or a raft to explore the ocean and a crafting system. Resources can be harvested and combined to create equipment. However, resources are limited, and therefore need to be well-managed.

Originally launched in 2015, the game was developed and published by the Australian studio Beam Team Games.
