Toyota Motor has launched a hatchback called the 2020 Yaris Cross, in Thailand. The original Yaris Cross was first launched in Europe in 2018.
The 2020 Yaris Cross is available in 3 variants, Entry, Mid, and High. To comply with the Eco Car Phase 2 regulations in Thailand, it comes with a 1.2-liter 3NR-FKE four-cylinder engine, Dual VVT-iE, 92 PS, and 109 Nm of torque. The vehicle also has a 30mm lift and comes equipped with faux skid plates on the front and rear, blacked-out roof, side skirts, a 6.7-inch touchscreen, front and rear video recorder, 7 airbags, and more.
The 2020 Yaris Cross variants are priced in Thailand as follows:
- Entry –Â THB 539,000
- Mid –Â THB 589,000
- High –Â THB 649,00
It is unknown whether Toyota Motor will release the 2020 Yaris Cross in the Philippines.
