AMD announces the local pricing of its latest lineup of desktop processors, the AMD Ryzen 5000 Series.
Compared to its predecessors, the AMD Ryzen 5000 Series of desktop processors are built on the latest Zen 3 architecture that increases IPC by 19 and doubles the direct accessibility to 32MB L3 cache per core.
Prices are as follows (inclusive of 12% tax):
• AMD Ryzen 9 5950X – PHP 44,900
• AMD Ryzen 9 5900X – PHP 30,250
• AMD Ryzen 7 5800X – PHP 24,800
• AMD Ryzen 5 5600X – PHP 16,550
AMD’s 500 series motherboards are compatible with AMD Ryzen 5000 Series desktop processors with a simple BIOS update. This also includes over 100 AMD 500 series of motherboards from all major motherboard manufacturers. Support for AMD 400 series motherboards will be coming from partners by January 2021.
