Google has announced that there will be a new update with Google Play Games which will showcase all users’ gaming activities to others.

All Google users will now have their gaming progress be revealed on their Google Play Games profile. It takes note of the progress and achievements similar to that of Steam’s.

Users have the choice to make the profile public to reveal their progress with other users, controlling their visibility to others. The information gathered is based on a user’s My Activity settings.

Besides having the ability to control their profile visibility, Google Play Games users can also delete their profile and data. This means that users can also view and delete gaming activity saved in their Google Account.
