If you frequently book a ride via Grab, you’re in for a treat as the Transportation Network Company (TNC) launches its loyalty program in the country.

GrabRewards lets you earn points for every ride you book may it be GrabTaxi, GrabCar or GrabShare. If you’ve accumulated a number of points, you may use it to redeem free rides, special discount codes, and promo deals.

There will be three tiers of the rewards program: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The more rides you book, the more points you’ll get. The more points you have, the more rewards you can avail.
As per FAQs of GrabRewards, for every Php50.00 spent earns you 1 GrabRewards point. If you’ve been wondering why do you already have points, it’s because Grab has allocated points based on rides taken from January 1, 2017. Points do expire after every 6-month period though so be sure to use them.
As part of the launch, Grab is applying a 20x points multiplier to every ride until March 31, 2017. So, every Php50 spent will earn you 20 points during the promo period.
