PhotoMath now available on Android

Remember the PhotoMath app from last year? If this is your first time hearing about it, it’s a cool app initially made for iOS and Windows Phone that lets you solve math equations using your smartphone’s camera. Now more students can rejoice as it is now available for download on Android devices.

The same concept applies. All you need to do is fire up the app, point your smartphone’s camera to the math problem and it will give you the answer in a matter of seconds. It can also show you the steps on how the equation was solved so you can prove to your professor that you didn’t get your answer out of thin air. Watch the video below to see it in action.

PhotoMath for Android is a free download and is 4.1MB in size. You can click here to download.
