According to the report, the Philippines has an average Internet connection speed of 4.3Mbps for Q2 2016 which is a slight increase from Q1 2016's 3.5Mbps average. Akamai's latest internet speed results show that the Philippines now averages 4.5Mbps for the 4th quarter of 2016.
