Amazon has introduced five new tablets today and one of them is a 6-inch slate that is powered by a quad-core CPU, Fire OS 4, and starts at just $99 - the Fire HD 6. It seems that Amazon has plans on ditching the Android on the Fire OS for a Linux-based one. This means Amazon's Fire TV sticks and tablets, Echo Show and other devices that use the Fire OS may be changed soon. Amazon has announced that the company will bring generative AI to their Fire TV lineup such as Fire TV Stick 4K and 4K Max.
