Google has announced that Android 11 is now open for beta testing for early adopters and developers. The Android 11 beta is currently available for Pixel devices, including the Pixel 2/XL, 3/XL, 3a/XL, and 4/XL. Google has started rolling out Android’s new Desktop Mode for Pixel phones, allowing users to connect their device to an external monitor and use it like a desktop computer. Google first tested the feature through beta versions of Android before releasing it to more users. Google has released Beta 2 of Android 17. Google's Android 17 Beta 2 brings new features focused on privacy, security and easier app development. Google confirms it will roll out Android 17 Beta 1 update soon, eligible first for  Pixel devices. The announcement came shortly after the release of Android 16 QPR3 Beta 2.1, indicating that Google’s next major Android update is already underway.
