Asus already went ahead and gave us the details fo their Eee Pad and Eee Slate EP121 which they'll showcase at the CES Exhibit Hall. The Asus Eee Slate EP121 looks like the same tablet/slate Asus showed during Computex back in June 2010 but this time they have the complete details. On the other hand, the Eee Pad Transformer and Eee Pad Slider comes with a 10.1" IPS capacitive touchscreen powered by an NVidia Tegra 2 processor and Android 3.0 Honeycomb. The EeePad Transformer comes with a docking station and includes a full qwerty keyboard that also serves as battery extension to give a total of 16 hours battery life. The EeePad Slider comes with a built sliding keyboard for better mobility. So Asus officially unveiled today their very own version of a tablet/slate PC, called the Eee Pad, powered by an Intel Core 2 ULV and Windows 7. The 12-incher Eee Pad (EP121) is the power powerful model but Asus is also showing the 10-inch model (EP101TC) with a much lower specs and runs Windows Embedded Compact 7. Expect the EP121 to work like your regular CULV ultraportable notebook (something similar to the Asus UL20) minus the keyboard and trackpad.
