ASUS Philippines has announced that two of their newest smartphones are now available for purchase at select ASUS stores/concept shop, kiosks and key ASUS authorized dealers nationwide. Since there's still no pricing, you don't have to shell out money for now. Every pre-order includes a JBL Harman Portable Bluetooth Speakers, an ASUS ZenFone 3 Zoom (ZE553KL) Clear case, an ASUS ZenEar, and an ASUS Tripod. The ASUS Zenfone 3 Zoom is not the company's first "zoom" smartphone. In 2015, they released the original Zenfone Zoom, however, it didn't get enough traction considering the price and competition. After two years, ASUS revived the Zenfone 3 Zoom with a fairly strong combination of premium build, dual rear cameras, capable specs, and large battery. Design and Construction Asus went back to the drawing board and had to re-think the concept that would best represent their "Zoom" line. As a result, the Zenfone 3 Zoom sports a very different look compared to its predecessor.
