Razer sent us these pretty little speakers they called Ferox all the way from Singapore. Razer is very well known for creating kick-ass gaming accessories like keyboards and mice so I thought this portable gaming speakers would follow the same genetic make-up. The speakers come with a simple packaging but once you take it out of the box, you'll definitely notice the good build quality, design and craftsmanship that was put in to make one of these (definitely not just like your typical X-Mini speakers). The speakers are designed to be omni-directional so you get maximum output however you position the pieces. Relative to its size, the Ferox speakers produce really great sound quality -- it's got a wide volume range, clear and crisp audio at the low and mid levels, and does not sound tin-ny at maximum volume. And since the the speakers are omni-directional, you get a good and clear reception at any angle or position.
