Samsung is preparing its next major software release, One UI 8.5, and dozens of Galaxy devices are already confirmed to be included in the update rollout for 2026. It is expected to debut with the Galaxy S26 series early next year, followed by a gradual release to older flagships, foldables, tablets, and midrange Galaxy models. The leak supports earlier talk that Samsung could add magnets directly to the Galaxy S26 phones. There are also reports that the Galaxy S26 models may get faster wireless charging. The S26 Ultra is believed to reach 25W, while the S26 and S26 Plus may top out at 20W.
