This is what we know about the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Wide. As its name suggests, the Galaxy Z Fold Wide is rumored to be a "horizontal" foldable for those who prefer that aspect ratio. This will be the opposite of the more traditional Galaxy Z Fold8 that is slated to continue chasing after a more traditional smartphone footprint. This means models like the Galaxy S22 series (S22, S22+, S22 Ultra, S21 FE), Z Fold 4, Z Flip 4, mid-rangers such as A73 5G, A53, A33, M05, F14/F05, and tablets including Tab S8 lineup, Tab A9/A9+, plus XCover 6 Pro, won’t see One UI 9 or later Android versions. It's already confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy Tab will be launched in the Philippines before end of October (that's next week!) and we finally got the retail price down to the dot -- Php34,990 (thanks to our source). The price isn't surprising (though I thought it would be a bit higher by a couple grand) considering its baby brother, the Galaxy S, sells for Php32,000.
