So it's not a surprise that Globe Telecom has dropped its Globe Visibility Mobile Prepaid kit down to just Php3,500. GV Prepaid: Php5 per 15 minute session GV Postpaid: Php0.50 per minute (translates to Php7.50 per 15 minutes) And while the prepaid pricing seems cheaper, the per minute charging makes sense for multiple but short internet usage like checking emails. Globe has announced the acquisition of a total of 715 permits from various LGUs nationwide in line with its project of improving its services to its customers. “These permits complement our aggressive builds and roll-outs as we not only increase our capacity and capability but more importantly, we make connectivity possible and accessible in areas that don't have any access to the internet before,” stated by Globe Senior Vice President for Program Delivery under Network Technical Group Joel Agustin. Globe also secured a go-signal to build more cell towers on the following areas: Agusan Del Norte, Zamboanga Del Norte, Zamboanga Del Sur, Misamis Oriental, Nueva Ecija, Zambales, Maguindanao, Antique, Laguna, Palawan, Oriental Mindoro, Tarlac, South Cotabato, Isabela, and La Union.
