Globe, which was the first operator in Southeast Asia to commercially launch 5G AirFiber for Home Use in 2019, has expanded its 5G coverage to 67 countries and territories. Globe’s 5G footprint is now available in Austria, (T-Mobile), Malaysia (Digi), Macau (CTM), US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico (AT&T), Vatican City (Windtre), Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales (EE), Russia (Megafon), and Northern Marianas (Docomo Pacific). Globe has also formed partnerships with additional international telecom providers, such as Hi3G in Denmark, SFR in France, Windtre in Italy, T-Mobile in the Netherlands, Slovak Telekom in Slovakia, Salt in Switzerland, and MEO in Portugal. Visitors and foreign subscribers coming from Sri Lanka, Romania, Egypt, Isle of Man, and Mexico will now also have access to Globe's 5G roaming services when they travel to the Philippines.
