Globe is inching closer to their 2020 goal of deploying 2 million new broadband lines. As for their coverage, Globe was able to deploy fiber broadband in 12 cities in Metro Manila and in 19 provinces nationwide over the course of two years. Globe is also looking to bolster their mobile coverage by deploying massive MIMO (multiple input, multiple output) technology. So it's not a surprise that Globe Telecom has dropped its Globe Visibility Mobile Prepaid kit down to just Php3,500. Globe started offering their new prepaid and postpaid plans for Visibility back in June 23 when we first reported it here. People have been asking that since Globe Visibility has obviously moved into the flat prepaid and tiered postpaid models, what will happen to subscribers who are on the GV Unlimited plans? After which, Globe will be offering them a new post-paid plan on top of the existing one.
