Globe and Smart subscribers, including customers of TM, TNT, and Sun, may now use the Philippine Red Cross' RC143 contact tracing app for free. Globe has partnered with Red Cross to support the RC143 app, allowing mobile services, including SMS alerts and app advisories. Additionally, accessing the app is free for all Globe, TM, Smart, Sun, and TNT subscribers allowing users to enable its services without worrying about data costs. Globe has also added another 30-day extension on bill payments due to the extension of the ECQ to April 30, 2020. Globe has extended the payment due date on postpaid mobile and broadband bills by another 30 days. Globe initially provided a 30-day extension which expires on April 15. Those who prefer their bills may do so via the GlobeOne, Globe At Home, and GCash apps. So it's not a surprise that Globe Telecom has dropped its Globe Visibility Mobile Prepaid kit down to just Php3,500.
