Globe prepaid subscribers

The partnership allows Globe and TM prepaid and postpaid subscribers to learn online courses without incurring any data charges and load through its website. So it's not a surprise that Globe Telecom has dropped its Globe Visibility Mobile Prepaid kit down to just Php3,500. Globe started offering their new prepaid and postpaid plans for Visibility back in June 23 when we first reported it here. Based on a quarterly report from Globe, it seems like Postpaid subscribers are spending 7 times the amount on voice and data services compared to Prepaid subscribers. On the other hand, average revenue from Globe Prepaid subscribers is just Php206. Total Globe subscribers is just over 22.7 million but only 727,000 are postpaid and all the rest are prepaid. That's about 3 postpaid subscribers for every 100 prepaid users. What's actually interesting is how much Globe spends to acquire new subscribers.
