Globe Telecoms, in partnership with Roku, has announced a new Streamwatch device to be rolled out soon in the Philippines. The Roku-powered streamwatch device is composed of a streaming stick which can be connected to Televisions and a remote control for navigation. The Globe streamwatch device is said to roll out in November of this year. So it's not a surprise that Globe Telecom has dropped its Globe Visibility Mobile Prepaid kit down to just Php3,500. Globe started offering their new prepaid and postpaid plans for Visibility back in June 23 when we first reported it here. People have been asking that since Globe Visibility has obviously moved into the flat prepaid and tiered postpaid models, what will happen to subscribers who are on the GV Unlimited plans? After which, Globe will be offering them a new post-paid plan on top of the existing one.
