That changes now as an update is arriving granting access to Google Now even when you’re offline. What’s happening here is Google Now lets you view offline cards that are of course, not updated to the minute but could still help you in simple daily tasks. The update is available for Google Search Android app which is now at the Google Play Store. Google says Gen Z users are now the most active users of AI-powered search, as younger audiences increasingly rely on tools like Gemini for everyday queries. Data shows that 89% of Gen Z users in the Philippines use Google Search every day, alongside similar figures in Indonesia and Thailand. Google said this shift is changing how people use search, from typing keywords to engaging in deeper, back-and-forth queries. Google has launched its desktop app for Windows, bringing its AI-powered search experience beyond the browser and directly into the operating system.
