HMD has announced a new phone in India with the HMD Touch 4G. HMD's newest Touch 4G phone uses a 3.2-inch QVGA display, runs on UNISOC T127 and has 64MB of RAM with 128GB of storage. The HMD Touch 4G is not a smartphone and uses the brand's custom operating system called RTOS Touch. It's a platform for basic HMD browser apps but messaging like group chats and video calls in usual smartphones can only be done in a specific app called Express Chat (which can be downloaded by Android and iOS users). The HMD Skyline has been unveiled as the brand’s most powerful phone to date. The HMD Skyline is slated to be priced at USD 499 (~PHP 29K), but is unlikely to include its adapter. Presently, HMD offers the 33W brick for GBP 30 (~2.2K) on their website. We've got over a hundred submissions from our recent poll on mobile 3G services.
