Google has recently introduced two new products to Google Home family, namely, the Home Mini and Home Max. Google Home Mini is a compact speaker that is designed to fit naturally in any room. Google Home Max is the company's first speaker with Smart Sound, programmed with their own AI. It comes with dual 4.5-inch high-excursion speakers which gives off deep, balanced bass and is 20 times more powerful than the original Google Home. Home Mini is priced at $49 (~Php2,039.00) and will be available in stores starting October 19 while the Home Max is priced at $399 (~Php20,339.03) and will be available for pre-order online from the Google Store starting November 13. Smart is finally out with its WiMax service and posters have been spotted about the new SmartBro WiMax subscription plans. I think we're a bit fortunate to have 3 competing WiMax providers in the Philippines -- there's Globe, Smart and Liberty Telecoms. But just like the existing 3G networks that have been rolled out for years, WiMax is also dependent on location.
