Twitter Circle, the new feature that lets users Tweet amongst a smaller audience is now available for everyone to use. This feature ensures that you can Tweet certain things that you'd rather keep amongst certain people or close colleagues of your choosing without all of your followers and all of Twitter being able to view that specific Tweet.
