HP just launched their crazy new Foldable laptop-tablet hybrid in SEA: the Spectre Fold 17 which can be utilized as a desktop, laptop or tablet earlier today.   The HP Spectre Fold 17 is a 12.3-inch laptop with a detachable OLED screen size ranging from 14-inches to 17-inches (Desktop mode). According to HP, the foldable PC has a battery life of up to 12 hours in laptop mode while desktop mode can go up to 11 hours. Additionally, users can make gestures to have shortcuts made when using this device such as walking away to lock the Fold 17, auto screen dimming, privacy alerts, etc. “We are excited to introduce the HP Spectre Foldable PC, designed to seamlessly adapt to the various ways you want to work with its unique, durable form factor that pushes the boundaries of design and technology.” The HP Spectre Foldable PC was unveiled with a price tag of AUD 8499.00 at the event. HP has just launched its first foldable PC with the new HP Spectre Fold. The design itself is fairly reminiscent of the ASUS Zenbook 17 Fold and Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Fold. The HP Spectre Fold features a 17-inch 2.5K OLED touch display with IMAX Enhanced certification that comes with a detachable keyboard with a trackpad and a built-in kickstand stand at the back of it.
