A couple of months ago, Huawei launched its wireless earbuds, the Huawei FreeBuds 3i. One of the microphones included is also a feedback microphone, which allows for arguably the FreeBuds 3i's best feature -- active noise-canceling. Huawei's claim is that the FreeBuds 3i can achieve noise cancellation of up to 32dB, however we won't be getting deep into that right now. The FreeBuds 3i were able to somewhat effectively cancel out that noise provided the volume was at least at 70%. For PHP5,990, quite a bit less than the FreeBuds 3, the Huawei FreeBuds 3i has a lot going for it and can definitely compete with the likes of the Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and maybe the Apple Airpods 2. And for Huawei in particular, the FreeBuds 3i is a very good addition to their lineup. The HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 5 has been announced, adding to the company’s flagship wearables. Noise Cancellation and Call Quality The biggest highlight here is the active noise cancelling performance for its price. The FreeBuds SE 4 has some nice ANC quality which can cancel up to 50dB of noise.
