Recently Samsung released its S-series, and now Huawei has unveiled its latest flagship smartphones under the P40-series and successor to the P30, the Huawei P40. Will the Huawei P40 match Samsung S20's capabilities? As for memory configurations, the Huawei P40 is armed with up to 8GB of RAM, while the S20 is armed with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.0. The Huawei P40 sports EMUI 10.1 and the Samsung Galaxy S20 has Samsung One UI 2. What sets these two devices apart, however, is that the P40 does not have Google Mobile Services, and instead has Huawei Mobile Services. Battery In terms of battery, the P40 comes with a 3,800mAh battery with 22.5W Huawei SuperCharge support, while the S20 comes with a 4,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging and Fast Wireless Charging 2.0. Price Here are the prices of each device: Huawei P40 - PHP 36,990 Samsung Galaxy S20 (8GB + 128GB) - Php 49,990 The additional PHP 13k price premium on the S20 offers a better display, battery, expandable storage, and Google Mobile Services. However, if you have a lower budget, into a higher camera setup for photography and find the IR blaster a plus, the Huawei P40 is your choice.
