An Instagram creator that has signed up for the Subscribers program is given the option to charge their followers a monthly so they could see exclusive content through the app. has started testing a new paid feature on Instagram called “Instagram Plus,” which costs around P65 per month and comes with a free one-month trial. The new subscription gives users extra tools for Stories. Instagram Plus also lets users view stories without the owner knowing and track how many times their own stories are rewatched. Meta is testing a new subscription tier for Instagram that could give users more control and exclusive features on the platform. Subscribers may also get added controls over who can see their Stories, offering more privacy and customization. The move signals Meta’s continued push toward subscription-based features, following earlier launches of ad-free paid versions of its platforms in some regions.
