In a launch event intended for the announcement of the Apple Music and Beats 1, Apple has also announced that they will start seeding iOS 8.4 – the latest iteration of the tech giant’s mobile operating system – to all supported iPod Touch, iPhones and iPads. Apart from the usual performance improvements and bug fixes, the new iOS 8.4 features the addition of Apple’s new online music streaming service dubbed as Apple Music and worldwide radio service called Beats 1. The iOS 8.4 update is available for the iPhone 4s and later, iPod touch (5th generation) and later, and iPad 2 and later. AnTuTu has officially released version 11 of its popular benchmarking app for iOS and iPadOS, marking the first time Apple device users can access the latest iteration of the tool. With its arrival on iOS, comparisons between iPhones, iPads, and Android devices are expected to intensify, despite the inherent differences between the platforms.
