iOS 9 is scheduled to arrive next week but Apple is already preparing an update with the release of iOS 9.1 Public Beta. The first Beta of iOS 9.1 comes with new emoji characters, APIS for 3D Touch and Live Photos, and features for the iPad Pro including support for Smart Keyboard and Pencil. To get iOS 9.1 Public Beta you will need to sign up for Apple's Beta Software Program and enroll your device. Huawei has officially released the public beta of HarmonyOS 6, its latest in-house operating system, following its initial announcement back in June. Huawei has confirmed the list of devices eligible for the HarmonyOS 6 public beta in China. Rolling out with iOS 26 and watchOS 26 Beta 7, the updated feature is now available for Apple Watch Series 9, Series 10, and Apple Watch Ultra 2 units sold in the U.S. The redesigned functionality first appeared with iOS 18.6.1 and watchOS 11.6.1, and is now making its way to beta testers on Apple’s latest platforms. This also isn’t compatible with beta versions of iOS 4.1.
