Apple has launched its service program for the 3rd-gen iPad Air units affected by the blank screen issue. Apple has determined that the screen on a limited number of iPad Air (3rd generation) devices may go blank permanently. A brief flicker or flash may appear before the screen goes blank. The program covers affected iPad Air (3rd generation) devices for 2 years after the first retail sale of the unit. Apple has introduced the new iPad Air powered by the M4 chip, offering faster performance, more memory, and improved connectivity while keeping the same starting price of ₱42,990 for the 11-inch model and ₱54,990 for the 13-inch model. The new iPad Air comes in two sizes, 11-inch and 13-inch, and supports features in iPadOS 26. For connectivity, the iPad Air uses Apple’s new N1 wireless chip with Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and Thread support. Apple said the new iPad Air uses 30 percent recycled materials and supports its goal to become carbon neutral by 2030.
