A teaser video was just released by LG Mobile in Korea outlining some kick-ass features of an upcoming LG Android smartphone. A sketch of the design of the smartphone was shown on the video but no actual footage were shown of the final unit. HONOR Philippines has made the HONOR X7e available in the country through Lazada. The smartphone is currently offered as a Lazada exclusive, with the 6GB + 128GB variant carrying an official retail price of PHP 14,999. For cameras, the smartphone includes a 50MP main rear camera and a 5MP front camera for selfies and video calls. Other features include an IP64 dust and splash resistance rating, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a dedicated AI Key, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. While every iPhone fans are waiting for the supposed August/September release of the iPhone 3G in the Philippines, I've rounded up some of the top choices for iPhone 3G alternatives and compared them side by side. I had 4 most likely candidates as a great iPhone alternative -- the HTC Touch Diamond, Nokia N96, Samsung i900 Omnia and the Sony-Ericsson Xperia.
