The live demo unit of Huawei's contender for the foldable smartphone competition, the Mate X, has leaked ahead of its launch. Based on the video, the Mate X has no notch and will sport a ~6.6-inch for the main display while the rear screen comes with a 6.25-inch and when expanded, the device will have an 8-inch screen size. https://youtu.be/AiA1vO7eoQ0 While the Huawei Mate X is set to announce on February 24, 2019, at the MWC 2019, its pricing and availability are yet to be announced. A purported successor to the Huawei Ascend Mate 2 is making its rounds on the Internet. The new successor, known as the Ascend Mate 3, is said to have LTE connection and will run Android KitKat.
