Meizu has made official their new mid-range smartphone that packs a 5.2-inch HD display, MediaTek octa-core CPU, up to 3GB RAM, and Android Nougat - the Meizu M6. Based on Meizu's official twitter handle they are planning to release the M6 Note's little brother, the M6, on September 20. The M6 is supposedly a toned down version of the M6 Note which Meizu announced last August and is now on sale at official Meizu online stores since September 1. Meizu left the base RAM and storage unchanged as the phone still has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. [gallery type="square" ids="157206,157207"] It may seem that this device has little resemblance to the M6 note and is more of a downgrade than a tone down, but let's give Meizu the benefit of the doubt and wait for their announcement on September 20.
