Users with ChatGPT Plus account can access the program through the link sora.com. Access to Sora requires a ChatGPT Plus subscription—USD 20 per month gets you 50 videos at 480p resolution, with the option for fewer, higher-quality clips. Furthermore, OpenAI remains vigilant in the fight against misuse. All Sora-generated videos are embedded with C2PA metadata, a digital fingerprint that identifies their AI origin. Additionally, OpenAI is actively blocking the creation of harmful content like child sexual abuse material and deepfakes. OpenAI has officially rolled out its Sora app on Android, bringing its viral AI video creator to more users across the US, Canada, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam via the Google Play Store.
