PLDT Internet Scam

An online post pertaining to PLDT contractors removing the internet connection of existing subscribers to accommodate new ones has gone viral. Paredes, some PLDT technicians are allegedly being paid to provide new subscribers an internet connection even if the Network Acces Point Box in a post is already full. According to Paredes, he lost his internet connection four weeks ago and had been constant in following up on his repair service ticket in PLDT. PLDT Home has launched a prepaid version of its fiber internet service, offering Filipino households a flexible alternative to traditional postpaid plans. With this offering, PLDT Home seeks to provide a practical internet solution that aligns with the growing demand for digital connectivity in Filipino homes. PLDT home has upgraded the internet speeds of existing subscribers starting with Plan 1699 at 200Mbps which is now at 300Mbps.
