Qualcomm just announced their next-generation chip for mobile devices -- the Snapdragon 820. Unlike the 810, Qualcomm went back to the drawing board and focused on Qualcomm Zeroth, their first cognitive capable platform. Not much was revealed about the 820 but Qualcomm teases us that the Snapdragon 820 processor is designed on a leading edge FinFET process node which features a new 64-bit, custom Kryo CPU.
