UPDATE - November 30, 2018: We just got clarification from Realme that the Realme 2 and Realme 2 Pro are not launching in the Philippines. OPPO's sub-brand, Realme, has officially launched the Realme 2 and Realme 2 Pro smartphones in Jakarta, Indonesia, and has also announced that the series will be available in the Philippines. During the launch, Realme announced that they will officially launch the Realme 2 and Realme 2 Pro in the select countries in Southeast Asia which includes the Philippines. The Realme 2 sports a 6.2-inch 19:9 display with 1520 x 720 resolution, Snapdragon 450 processor, 3GB/4GB RAM, 32GB/64GB internal storage, 13MP + 2MP dual rear cameras, 8MP front camera, and 4,230mAh battery. The Realme 2 Pro, on the other hand, comes with a 6.3-inch display with 2340 x 1080 resolution, Snapdragon 660 processor, 4GB/6GB/8GB RAM, 64GB/128GB internal storage, 16MP + 2MP dual rear cameras, 16MP front, and 3,500mAh battery. The Realme 2 Pro is priced at IDR 2,899,000 (~PHP 10,335) for the 4GB + 64GB, IDR 3,299,000 (~PHP 11,761) for the 6GB + 64GB, and IDR 3,699,000 (~PHP 13,187)for the 8GB + 128GB variant.
