Xiaomi has just launched the Redmi Watch 2 Lite in the Philippines. The smartwatch has over 100 fitness modes, 17 professional modes, and more than 90 extended modes, such as outdoor running, swimming, cycling, HIIT, hiking, and more. The Redmi Watch 2 Lite features improved positioning accuracy with its multi-system standalone GPS, which can also shorten the average convergence time. It features a 1.55-inch touch display and has over 100 watch face design options. The Redmi Watch Lite 2 will be available on Xiaomi’s 12.12 sale for a discounted price of PHP 2,299 exclusive on Shopee. The Redmi Watch 2 is available in ivory, black, and blue while the straps are available in pink, olive, and brown. Moreover, we feel like these companies are looking at something more as each one are confirming that they're working on something else other than a smartphone or a tablet -- specifically a smartwatch. Samsung has already confirmed that they are working on a smartwatch, while companies such as LG, Apple and Google were reported to be working on one too.
