Yes, as of June 2022, ShopeePay charges a 1% admin fee for cash-ins made via other e-wallets like GCash, Maya, and coins.ph. However, cash-ins remain free when using linked bank accounts from partners like BDO, Metrobank, and Chinabank, or through banking apps with InstaPay.

You can pay a variety of bills and government contributions. This includes utilities (Meralco, Maynilad), telecoms (PLDT, Globe, Smart), loans, and credit cards (BPI). For government fees, you can pay SSS membership contributions, Pag-IBIG (savings, housing loan, MP2), NBI clearance, travel tax (TIEZA), and certain Manila LGU fees like real property tax.

ShopeePay has expanded its acceptance significantly. You can use it to Scan-to-Pay at over 50,000 merchant locations nationwide, including chains like Puregold, Lawson, and Family Mart. It's also accepted for in-game purchases on Garena, for Apple App Store and services purchases, and to pay cash-on-delivery orders to ShopeeXpress riders.
